Goldstein Talks Firearms and Election Law on Media Row at the 2026 NRA Annual Meetings

Goldstein Law Partners founding partner Jonathan S. Goldstein sat down with GunFreedomRadio’s Voices of the Second Amendment on Media Row at the 155th NRA Annual Meetings & Exhibits, held April 16–19, 2026, at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston, Texas. The on-location conversation reached the tens of thousands of members and industry professionals who gather each year at the nation’s largest Second Amendment event.

Goldstein spoke in three capacities at once—as a practicing firearms attorney, as an entrepreneur who owns and runs businesses, and as a member of the NRA Board of Directors. A Practice Built on the Second Amendment

Goldstein’s firearms practice spans representation of federal firearms licensees, Second Amendment litigation at every level of the federal judiciary, and regulatory advocacy before the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives. His work on the Second Amendment has reached the United States Supreme Court, where an amicus brief he authored was cited by Justice Alito in New York State Rifle & Pistol Association v. Bruen.
