    Shawn Rodgers is a partner at Goldstein Law Partners, LLC. He concentrates his practice in the areas of constitutional law and civil rights, appellate advocacy, commercial litigation, and employment law. He represents a diverse client base, which includes corporate entities, non-profit organizations, entrepreneurs, and private individuals. As an experienced litigator, Mr. Rodgers appears regularly before federal and state courts at both the trial and appellate levels.

  • Mr. Eden is an experienced corporate deal lawyer and litigator. From 1996 to November, 2003 he served as Executive Vice President and Vice Chairman of the Board of Vishay Intertechnology with headquarters in Malvern, PA, operations in 17 countries, and 20,000 employees. Through dozens of acquisitions over that period, Mr. Eden led Vishay’s growth from under $20mm in revenue to over $2 billion in revenue.

  • David R. Osborne is counsel to Goldstein Law Partners. He is also Senior Fellow for Labor Policy at the Commonwealth Foundation, a Pennsylvania-based think tank transforming free-market ideas into actionable public policies. Prior to joining the Commonwealth Foundation, David was CEO of Americans for Fair Treatment, a nonprofit organization educating and empowering public employees in the context of a unionized workplace.
