Samahon Appointed to the Pennsylvania CLE Board for the 2021 Term

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has appointed Professor Tuan Samahon to the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Board for the 2021 term.  Aside from his fulltime duties as a Constitutional Law Professor at the Villanova University Charles Widger School Law, Tuan has taught numerous CLEs on constitutional and transparency law topics.  Tuan remains an active litigator, handling matters that concern separation-of-powers and Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) before various federal courts.

Tuan Samahon is a Professor of Law at Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. He teaches and writes in the areas of federal courts and constitutional law. His articles have been published in the Stanford Law Review, Ohio State Law Journal, Hastings Law Journal, William & Mary Bill of Rights Journal, University of Chicago Legal Forum, Denver Law Review, and Villanova Law Review, among others.
