Experience
Mr. Eden is an experienced corporate deal lawyer and litigator. From 1996 to November, 2003 he served as Executive Vice President and Vice Chairman of the Board of Vishay Intertechnology with headquarters in Malvern, PA, operations in 17 countries, and 20,000 employees. Through dozens of acquisitions over that period, Mr. Eden led Vishay’s growth from under $20mm in revenue to over $2 billion in revenue.
Formerly, Mr. Eden worked in private legal practice, as a small business management advisor, as an attorney for Montgomery, McCracken, Walker & Rhoads and as legal counsel to Vishay.
Mr. Eden serves on the Board of Directors for AIDS Law Project of Pennsylvania, is a member of the United Way Tocqueville Society, and is a member of the Center City Residents Association. Mr. Eden is also a Director of Bel Fuse, Inc., a public manufacturer of electronic components for the computer, networking and telecommunication industries, and is an Investor with the Mid-Atlantic Angel Group.
