Mr. Henry routinely handles tax assessment appeals, including the litigation that often ensues, and he appears routinely before Township Commissioners, Zoning Hearing Boards and other municipal authorities for land use work. Mr. Henry devotes a portion of his practice to elections law, ethics and campaign finance law and has the unique experience representing candidates running for local, state and federal offices. He advises his clients on how best to navigate the complex structure of state and federal campaign finance laws, ensuring they are armed with needed knowledge to maintain compliance. Mr. Henry has also represented clients in election litigation before various county and state courts, including the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court.

Mr. Henry received his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia and his Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania, the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the Middle District of Pennsylvania, the Western District of Pennsylvania and the District Court for the District of Columbia.
